The Denver Broncos made more offseason roster moves Tuesday, claiming linebacker Brandon Archer off the waiver wire from the Colts and signing free-agent linebacker William Kershaw, the team said.

The Broncos also put lineman Matt Lepsis on its reserve/retired list and waived wide receiver Carlton Brewster. Lepsis, a starter since 1999, announced his retirement on Dec. 31. The left tackle walked away from $9 million remaining on his contract.

Archer, a second-year pro, notched 10 tackles in six games as a rookie with the Colts last season.

Kershaw, now in his third year in the NFL, last season was on the Eagles practice squad and the Texans’ and Chiefs’ active rosters.

The Broncos on Monday signed wide receiver Derrick Hamilton and released linebacker Warrick Holdman.
