The Colorado Rockies and a man who contends he was discriminated against because he was denied a voucher to a free “Ladies’ Night” game must go through state-ordered mediation.

The Colorado Civil Rights Division issued a probable-cause finding in a sex-discrimination claim filed by Stephen Horner, KDVR-Channel 31 in Denver reported.

The Rockies, who can appeal the decision, have said it was their intent to offer the vouchers to anyone who asked for them.

Horner, a self-described anti-feminist, in January declared an end to “Ladies’ Nights” after winning a similar ruling involving such promotions at nightclubs.

A complaint by Horner, lodged against a bar at the Mall of America in Minneapolis in 1992 led to a statewide ban.
