Denver resident and former Nugget Chris Andersen will be reinstated into the NBA today, following a two-year suspension for substance abuse, a source close to the situation said Tuesday.
Andersen had been playing for the New Orleans Hornets when he was suspended in January of 2006. The center will re-sign with the Hornets, who are in the thick of the Western Conference playoff race.
