Frontier Airlines announced its general counsel, David Sislowski, has left the company.
Sislowski, who also serves as senior vice president, left the company Friday to “pursue other opportunities,” according to Frontier.
“David’s legal acumen and leadership have been invaluable to Frontier for the past five years, and we thank him for his tremendous contributions,” said Frontier chief executive Sean Menke in a written statement. “I wish David the best of luck in his new role,” he added.
Replacing Sislowski is Frontier’s assistant general counsel Matt Henry, who has been promoted to vice president and general counsel.
Frontier also announced today that vice president and chief information officer Gerry Coady has been promoted to senior vice president and CIO.
Sislowski’s departure follows the departures of Frontier’s chairman Sam Addoms and chief executive Jeff Potter last September, senior vice president of marketing and planning John Happ late last year and chief financial officer Paul Tate this month. Menke took over the chief executive position at Frontier in September.
