Denver police are investigating a Tuesday evening shooting in the Montbello neighborhood.
An argument apparently escalated into gunfire in front of a strip-mall liquor store at 4856 Chambers Road at 6:10 p.m., said Denver police Detective John White.
A man in his 30s was rushed to Denver Health Medical Center with wounds White described as serious.
The shooter, 17 or 18 years old, according to witnesses, was wearing a yellow shirt.
