Mostly sunny skies are expected to reign over Denver throughout the week, with a just a hint of rain in the Saturday forecast.
Today’s high temperature in Denver should be about 52 degrees, according to the National Weather Service, and high temps the rest of the week should be in the upper 50s.
Weather this week in the Denver area is expected to be dry and consistent, with overnight lows in the upper 20s to lower 30s, the weather service said.
Thursday it’s likely to be breezy in Denver with winds gusting up to 30 mph.
On Friday night, cloudy skies will bring a slight chance of snow to Denver with a slight chance of rain on Saturday, the weather service said.
While Denver and the Eastern Plains are mostly dry this week the mountains should see a bit more moisture as weak weather waves out of the northwest push through the state.
Today should be mostly cloudy in the mountains and some areas will see a slight chance of snow showers tonight and tomorrow, according to the weather service. Wednesday night in the high country is expected to be mostly cloudy, but dry. Another round of snow and snow showers in the mountains kicks in on Thursday and it should continue through Saturday night.
Vail’s forecast today, according to the weather service, calls for mostly cloudy skies and a high temperature of about 33 degrees.
