A fire that started in front yard of a vacant house in Aurora this afternoon caused about $35,000 in damage, Aurora fire officials say.
The fire was reported at 1:18 p.m. at 12097 E. Virginia Drive.
Aurora Fire responded within four minutes, according to a department new release, and had the fire out in 10 minutes. There were no injuries.
