• Because of a photographer’s error, a coffee-cart business pictured on Page 19A on Monday was misidentified. It is called Coffee Etcetera.
• Because of an editing error, a headline on Page 4B on Wednesday referred to carbon monoxide as CO2, which is carbon dioxide.
