MONUMENT, Colo.—Southbound Interstate 25 has reopened near Monument after a multiple-car collision in near-whiteout conditions.
The State Patrol says some people were hurt in the pileup Friday but the injuries were minor to moderate.
It’s not clear how many cars collided. Master Trooper Ron Watkins says the patrol had been told that up to 20 vehicles were involved but that troopers had not verified that.
