Local acts , and took over (a.k.a. the Carioca Cafe, one of the diviest, gutter punk-infested joints in the Mile High City — for which we love it) on Sunday for a raucous set that had the packed crowd standing on tables and sitting high on top of pin ball machines for a view. Reverb photographer Brian Carney, who had never been to the establishment, showed up to shoot the following photo essay.
