Getting your player ready...
It’s a tired excuse. People who say they are too weary to work out should try exercising. They might discover they have more energy. A recent study from the University of Georgia, reported in the May issue of Women’s Health, found that sleep-deprived people can increase their perceived energy levels up to 20 percent and reduce fatigue by up to 65 percent by going to the gym. Exercising at a moderate level brought the best results. In the study, those who engaged in low-intensity exercise, such as an easy 20 minutes jogging or on the stationary bike, felt best.
