LOS ANGELES — Vivid Entertainment is releasing a sex tape reportedly starring Jimi Hendrix that was obtained from a memorabilia collector. The 11 minutes of footage, said to have been shot at a hotel 40 years ago, features Hendrix, or a look-alike, with two women. Vivid said it consulted experts to authenticate the film. But Charles Cross, author of the Hendrix biography “Room Full of Mirrors,” doubts it’s really the rock guitar legend.
