Brooding, country-tinged Denver act has been sounding a little bit less country and a lot more rock ‘n’ roll these days, leaning on fiery guitars, hard hitting beats and melodies more familiar to ’90s alt-rock fans than any rootsy, straw-chewin’ types.
The band played a short, powerful set at on Saturday (that included one brand new song) in support of lead singer Marie Litton’s little brother’s band, . Not a high turnout for a Ghost Buffalo show due to the volume of other quality shows that night, but the Old Curtis sound system did a great job. Check out contributor photo essay.
