PARKER — An unconscious woman was found facedown in a retention pond at Salisbury Equestrian Park in Parker on Wednesday morning.
Construction workers saw the elderly woman walking and then, a short time later, spotted her floating in the pond, said Cheryl Poage, spokeswoman for the Parker West Metro Fire Authority.
The construction workers pulled the woman out of the water at about 11:30 a.m. and began CPR, Poage said.
The woman was still unconscious when rushed to a local hospital, Poage said.
