Twenty-nine-year old Justin Levi Moore of Fort Collins is being held at the Larimer County Detention Center on suspicion of murdering his apparent girlfriend.
Fort Collins Police were called to the 1600 block of Westbridge Drive off Prospect Road in west Fort Collins in the early morning of May 25.
A white female in her mid-20s was found dead in the home, however her identity and the cause and manner of which she died will not be released until the Larimer County Coroner reviews the body.
An hour-and-a-half after the woman’s body was discovered, Moore was arrested in the 300 block of East Locust in Windsor.
While the suspect’s family was living in Windsor, and we arrested the suspect in Windsor, I don’t believe this had anything to do with the tornado, Lieutenant John Pino said.
