PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo.—President Bush’s plane has lifted off from Peterson Air Force Base after the president delivered the commencement address at the Air Force Academy.
Air Force One took off at about 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, an hour later than scheduled.
He had arrived in Colorado on Tuesday night.
