History Colorado along with the staff and residents of the Governor’s Residence at Boettcher Mansion, in Denver on the southeast corner of East Eighth Avenue and Logan Street, are gearing up for a series of summer events to celebrate the property’s 100th anniversary as “Colorado’s Home.” In-depth tours of the home will start on Tuesday and continue every Tuesday from 1 to 3 p.m. through Aug. 12. Docents also will be on hand to answer questions on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Other planned events include a peek at vintage clothing stored at the mansion, lectures and concerts.
