Tuition will go up at both Colorado State University campuses this fall.
In Fort Collins, students will pay $4,424 — an increase of $384 over last year. If a student lives on campus and attends full-time, the cost will be $14,976, which bumps it up $1,487 from last year.
Non-resident tuition will increase $2,660, to $20,140.
At CSU Pueblo, tuition will jump $238 from last year to $3,422. Non-resident tuition will stay the same at $13,543.
The schools’ Board of Governors also approved an $880 million budget at a Colorado Springs meeting Tuesday.

• Investing more than $16 million in faculty retention, with an average 5 percent salary increase.
• Putting $2.4 million toward research to solve “global issues,” including indoor and outdoor air pollution.
• $2.3 million to go toward bolstering science and technology education.
• $3.4 million will go toward financial aid.
