A court martial hearing for Airman Justin M. Rosado will be Monday at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.
Rosado faces charges of committing theft of government and private property, failure to obey an order from his commander, making false statements to investigators, and wrongfully soliciting another airman to make a false statement to an investigator, according to an Air Force news release.
If convicted, Rosado could face one year in prison and a bad conduct discharge.
