A Boulder company was charged Tuesday in U.S. District Court with trading with the enemy.
The Department of Justice announced that in 2000, Platte River Associates, a company that develops geologic software, allegedly provided software and training that was used by Cuba and Cuban nationals for the potential exploration and development of oil and gas within the territorial waters of Cuba.
