Denver-based Ascendant Development and Dallas- based Cobalt Industrial REIT II said Thursday they will develop a speculative, 100,000- square-foot light-industrial building on a 6.1-acre parcel in the Denver Business Center north of Interstate 70 between Havana and Peoria streets.
Groundbreaking is scheduled for this month. The building will be subdividable into spaces of 25,000 to 50,000 square feet.
