LITTLETON — A patient man with a large nose robbed the Chase Bank, 5734 S. Prince St., of an undisclosed amount of money shortly after noon Wednesday.

Littleton police said a white man in his early 30s entered the bank, waited in line and then gave a note to the teller indicating he had a handgun, though no gun was seen.

Witnesses described the man as being 6-foot-2 to 6-foot-4 and 250 pounds wearing a black hooded sweat shirt, baggy blue jeans, sunglasses and possibly a wig that may have been concealing longer hair tucked up inside.

The man fled through a door on the northwest side of the building. Police said no vehicle was seen.

Anyone with information should contact the Littleton police detective division, 303-795-3890.
