WOODSTOCK, GA. — Searchers have recovered the body of a 33-year-old Colorado man who drowned on Saturday while spending time with his family on Lake Allatoona.
Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services and other agencies recovered the body of Joel Felix of Windsor, Colo., on Wednesday.
It was this year’s fifth drowning in Lake Allatoona and the first in the Cherokee County part of the lake.
