COMMERCE CITY, Colo.—A wedding guest found dead hours after the ceremony is subject of an investigation in Commerce City.
Police say 26-year-old Chase Steven Covington attended a wedding at El Jardin restaurant Saturday night. He was last seen sometime before 9:30.
Two hours later, his body was discovered lying in the road on Colorado Highway 85.
Investigators want to know whether Covington was victim of a hit-and-run car accident or an assault. Officials are asking the public to call police if they saw the wedding guest on Saturday night.
