AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.—Air Force says it has been selected to play Houston in the Armed Forces Bowl in Fort Worth, Texas.
The New Year’s Eve game would be a rematch of when Houston of Conference USA played the Falcons of the Mountain West Conference in Dallas on Sept. 13. Air Force won that game 31-28.
It is the second straight year that Air Force has been chosen for the Armed Forces Bowl. The Falcons played California from the Pac-10 last season. California won 42-36.
