DENVER—Aurora police have identified a man who was shot and killed over the weekend as 42-year-old Oscar Chacon Mendez.
Police rushed to an apartment in the Denver suburb at about 1:40 a.m. Saturday after a report of gunfire.
Authorities say they found Mendez with a bullet wound to his torso. He was rushed to the hospital, where he died.
Police said Monday they are still seeking information on a suspect. Anyone with information is asked to call 303-739-6079.
