BOULDER — The Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art has closed for renovations until May.
The museum closed its doors Saturday evening while the 102-year-old building gets an update to its fire alarm and second floor, plus a new elevator.
The museum is in an old granary that has historic landmark status and has been used as a museum for 30 years. The renovations will cost more than $200,000.
