Authorities are investigating the fatal shooting of a 26-year-old Denver man as a homicide.
On Saturday, the body of Manuel M. Ornelas was found by police in the 3000 block of South Federal Boulevard, according to the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner.
Ornelas was shot in the back and the neck, the coroner’s office said in a press release.
