BEAVER CREEK — A 65-year-old woman from Arrowhead has died after skiing on an intermediate run at the Beaver Creek ski resort.
Eagle County Coroner Kara Bettis identified the victim as June Kang.
Beaver Creek officials said the ski patrol provided advanced life support this morning and took Kang to an ambulance at about 11:15 a.m. She was pronounced dead at Vail Valley Medical Center.
The resort said Kang was wearing a helmet.
