MISSOULA, Mont.—Anthony Johnson scored 18 points to help Montana to a 68-59 Big Sky Conference win over Northern Colorado on Sunday.

Senior forward Jordan Hasquet added 13 points and seven rebounds for the Grizzlies (5-3, 11-9) in the game at Dahlberg Arena.

Johnson scored 12 first half points, including back-to-back jumpers that gave the Grizzlies a 16-6 lead with 11:45 remaining in the first half.

Montana shot 43 percent in the first half, while Northern Colorado (4-4, 8-13) hit just 8 of their first 23 shots en route to a 37-21 deficit at halftime.

Hasquet’s 3-pointer with 3:15 left in the game gave Montana a 65-44 advantage. Hasquet scored 11 second half points on 4-of-7 shooting. Northern Colorado closed the game on a 15-3 run.

Jabril Banks had 17 points and 7 rebounds for the Bears, and Chris Kaba added 14 points off the bench.
