WHEAT RIDGE — A 24-year-old Lakewood man faces up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to several charges stemming from a police pursuit that damaged several vehicles in Wheat Ridge.
According to the district attorney’s office for Jefferson and Gilpin counties, Kyle Kautz, 24, pleaded guilty last week to first-degree burglary, vehicular eluding with injury and first-degree aggravated motor vehicle theft and escape. Kautz will be sentenced Feb. 17 in Jefferson County court.
