DirecTV and AT&T announced Monday a co-branded satellite service in 22 states in AT&T’s service territory, which does not include Colorado. The deal marks the end of AT&T’s reseller accord with Douglas County-based Dish Network.
AT&T said the new venture will offer a bundled package of TV, broadband, home- phone and wireless service.
DirecTV now is the exclusive satellite partner for the three largest U.S. telecom firms, including Qwest and Verizon Communications.
