The Broomfield-based company listed assets of $1 million to $10 million and debt of $10 million to $50 million in Chapter 11 documents filed Wednesday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Del. Parent Incentra Solutions Inc. and six other affiliates also filed.
