The Securities and Exchange Commission filed a lawsuit Wednesday against Enterprises LLC and Castle Rock resident Brian Prendergast, saying they allegedly operated a fraudulent $2.5 million investment scheme.
The suit filed in Denver federal court also named two associates of Prendergast, Donald Smith of Aurora and Yuail Enwia of Ceres, Calif.
