LOVELAND, Colo.—Loveland police say a man whose wife runs a 24-hour day care center has been arrested on a charge of sexually assaulting a child who had stayed at the center.
Police said Thursday that 58-year-old John Snyder of Loveland has been released on bail after his Jan. 30 arrest on suspicion of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust.
No listed phone number could be found for Snyder. Police and jail officials say they have no record of an attorney.
Police say they began investigating after a complaint was filed in December. No other details have been released.
Authorities say all the registered clients of the day care center have been notified.
