SIOUX FALLS, S.D.—The Rapid City man arrested in western Nebraska on a charge he held up a bank had nearly $3,000 cash with him and listed his occupation as “robbery,” according to a court document. And hours before his arrest he used false documents to seek treatment at the Veterans Affairs hospital in Hot Springs, where a police officer spotted the money, it states. By Carson Walker.
