Ingredients
2 medium Bosc or other ripe pears
2 ounces Pecorino Toscano cheese, broken into rough 1/2-inch pieces
Chestnut honey for drizzling
Directions
Cut pears in half and core, cut into medium-thick slices. Divide slices and cheese among two plates, drizzle honey over pears and cheese, and serve.
