A 54-year-old Blue River man was arrested today on charges of possession of child pornography , according to the Summit County Sheriff’s County.
FBI agents had taken computers from Flint’s home on Gold Nugget Drive in July 2006 and eventually referred the case back to Summit County for state charges this week, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
He faces three counts of sexual exploitation of a child by possessing child pornography. Two of the charges are felonies that could result in six years in prison and fines up to $500,000. The misdemeanor charge could net up to 18 months in jail and $5,000 in fines, if he is convicted.
Flint is in the Summit County Jail on $100,000 bond.
