LOVELAND, Colo.—A Loveland man whose wife ran a day care center has been arrested on five additional counts alleging sexual assault on a child.
Police say 59-year-old John Snyder of Loveland was arrested Wednesday and was being held on $50,000 bail. His phone has been disconnected and it’s not known if he has an attorney.
Snyder was arrested in January on a single count of sexually assaulting a child who stayed at the day care center.
It’s not clear whether the alleged victims in the new counts also stayed at the center. Loveland police Sgt. Benjamin Hurr said Thursday the investigation is ongoing and that he could not release any information on the alleged victims.
Snyder now faces five counts of sexual assault on a child by someone in a position of trust and one count of sexual assault on a child with a pattern of abuse.
