DENVER—CBS Corp. says it has completed the sale of Denver FM radio stations KWLI, KIMN and KXKL to Wilks Broadcasting Group LLC for $19.5 million.
CBS announced the completion Friday.
Alpharetta, Ga.-based Wilks Broadcasting owns 21 stations in six cities.
