PROVO, Utah — Police say a 16-year-old girl was accidentally shot and killed by a younger boy.
The girl was visiting other teenagers Friday when a 13-year-old boy pulled out a gun that he didn’t realize was loaded.
Provo police Officer David Moore says the boy pulled the trigger and shot the girl in the head. She died before reaching the hospital.
