OMAHA, Neb.—Nebraska and Creighton have joined the field for the postseason WNIT, with the Nebraska women drawing a first-round bye.
The Creighton women (21-11) will stay home in Omaha to play UC Riverside (19-11) at the Civic Auditorium on Saturday.
The Huskers (15-15) will play the winner of Wednesday’s game between New Mexico and Southern University, but where Nebraska will play and exactly when hasn’t been announced.
