About 93 percent of RTD light-rail riders rate the transit service as good (58 percent) or excellent (35 percent), according to the agency’s latest consumer satisfaction survey.
Seven percent of rail riders rated the service as fair and 1 percent rated it poor or very poor, the Regional Transportation District said. “Choice” riders — those who have a vehicle but choose to use the train — account for 75 percent of light-rail users, the agency said.
