LOVELAND — A judge has ordered a 19-year-old to stand trial on charges of fatally shooting a 22-year-old in a Loveland school parking lot.
Adrian Rodarte is charged with first-degree murder in the Nov. 15 death of Casey Harvey.
On Friday, Larimer County District Judge Jolene Blair ruled the evidence was sufficient to put Rodarte on trial.
