DENVER—Three construction workers have been hospitalized after a partially built roof fell on top of them, pinning one of them, in the northwest Denver suburb of Westminster.
The Westminster Fire Department responded to the one-story building at 122nd Avenue and Pecos Street at about 5:15 p.m. Friday and rescued the pinned worker.
The other two workers were injured by falling debris. All were transported to a hospital.
Westminster Fire spokeswoman Diana Allen says their injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
