Frontier Airlines will resume service from Denver to Tulsa on Aug. 2 after a yearlong absence.
Two daily nonstop flights are planned on Frontier’s wholly-owned subsidiary Lynx Aviation. Tulsa is the first new city added to the Denver-based carrier’s network this year.
Frontier began service to Tulsa in 2005, but cut the service as part of systemwide capacity cuts.
To note the Tulsa service, Frontier and Lynx begin a fare sale today that will connect passengers from Tulsa to 40 Frontier and Lynx destinations for as low as $59 one way. Tickets must be purchased by 9:59 p.m. MDT July 7 for travel through Nov. 18.
