LARIMER COUNTY — Two cases of swine flu have been identified in children in Larimer County.
The siblings, ages 10 and 15, were treated by their family physician and did not have to be hospitalized, according to the Larimer County Health Department.
The cases of H1N1 virus, dubbed the swine flu, were confirmed Wednesday, the health department said in a news release.
Seventy-five cases of swine flu have been confirmed in Colorado as of June 5, according to health officials.
The two cases in Larimer County are the first confirmed there, but officials said that doesn’t indicate an increase in local flu activity or severity.
