Larimer Associates announced Wednesday that it completed the purchase of Country Club Shoppette, 1700-1718 E. Sixth Ave. The price was not disclosed.
The 7,304-square-foot building was built in 1913. Current tenants include Oliver’s Meat Market, Borgman’s Antiques, Walker’s art gallery, Salon Sherwood, Skin Spa, Isabee Tweens and Dick’s Place.
