ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The police chief is resigning after he was accused of drunken driving at more than twice the legal limit. Chief David Baker, 58, was charged with drunken driving after he was involved in a car accident in Arlington over the weekend. Police say his blood-alcohol level was 0.19 percent.
