LONE TREE — The city is waiving building permits on a temporary basis to help homeowners in these tough economic times.
It also is waiving planning review fees for home improvements. The waiver will be Aug. 17 to Nov. 16.
Projects in the waiver include interior remodels, basement remodels, decks and patio covers, roofs, fire pits and outdoor kitchens, hot-tub installation, hot-water-heater installation, and furnace and air-conditioning replacement.
